Metal Jacketed Gaskets consist of a soft filler encapsulated in a metallic material. The filler material provides a gasket with compressibility and resilience while the jacket confers compressive strength and blow out resistance.MJG can be produced in a variety of configurations making them ideal for heat exchanger aplications. A wide range of jacket and filler materials is available to suit every service condition. The gaskets can be produced with no size limitations.
Size:
Size Standard: Refer to ASME / ANSI, GOST, DIN, GB, also can provide special sizes according to customer requirements.
Thickness: 2mm to 12mm.
Materials:
Filler material: Flexible graphite, PTFE, non-asbestos, ceramics, etc.
Metal clad: carbon steel, soft iron, brass, copper, aluminum, titanium, 316L, 304, 304L, 321, SS316Ti, SS410, Monel, Inconel.
